I have to be honest, i'm pretty terrified of the ocean because it is unpredictable and uncontrollable. Every time I swim in it, I feel like I'm conquering the world. What a beautiful thing it is to face your fears and take that power back; leaving behind what you know to go freely into somthing new, exciting and maybe a little scary.
 
Each painting in the Consider the Wildflowers Collection was created to remind us to take a deep breath and release our worries. "Brave Seas" was created using acrylic paint on an 11x14in canvas.
